Grace Gibbs

From her initial midwifery training to managing hospitals around the world, Grace recalls the people and opportunities of her extraordinary career. Becoming both Director of Nursing and Midwifery and the first non-medical Clinical Director for Critical Care of West Middlesex’s management board, she pioneered change in nurse training and also played a key role in the development of the modern hospital. Her passion for the hospital shines through as she speaks.
