Jonathan Callaway

Jonathan Callaway has enjoyed a long career in international commercial and investment banking, including working overseas in Germany, New York and Hong Kong. On return to the UK he spent nearly 15 years at Deutsche Bank and over 10 years at HawkpointPartners (now Canaccord Genuity).  More recently he has been working as an independent corporate adviser on capital-raising transactions. He is a Member of the Board of the British Library where he chairs the Fundraising Advisory Group and has chaired an ad hoc Board Investment Committee.

He is currently a trustee of two charities including Battersea Arts Centre whose board he joined following the merger with Wandsworth Museum where he had previously been a trustee. He was until recently a Justice of the Peace.  In his spare time he is a researcher and writer on paper money and financial history, has co-authored two books on paper money and is a Director of the International Bank Note Society.

Jonathan was appointed as a Trustee of CW+ in March 2018
