Judges awarded Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Chief Executive, and one of our valued trustees, Lesley Watts the prestigious CEO of the Year award at the HSJ Awards 2018 ceremony in Mayfair last night.
Judges commented: “Lesley showed truly outstanding, engaging and sensitive leadership of the Trust and her work with partner organisations to deliver improved performance and patient outcomes. “She is direct, honest and empathetic, providing an inspiring way forward in challenging circumstances by listening to staff, patients and partner organisations to build a shared view of the future.
