Our Mum & Baby app updated to include COVID-19 guidance

Our award-winning Mum & Baby app has been updated to include Public Health England’s advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19) for pregnant women and new mothers in Local Maternity Systems around the country with access to the app.

Our free Mum & Baby app – developed in partnership with Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and specialist healthcare app developers Imagineear – has evolved in partnership with the North West London Local Maternity System to provide parents and parents-to-be with up-to-date information on looking after themselves and their baby. The app was recently ranked in the top three women’s health app in the UK with an ORCHA score of 86%. Now, when parents log in to the app they will be presented with advice and guidance on Coronavirus during pregnancy and feeding your baby during the Coronavirus outbreak.

The Mum & Baby app is one of over 30 projects within our CW Innovation programme which officially launched in 2019. CW Innovation, led jointly by CW+ and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust identifies and delivers high-impact initiatives that aim to improve patient care and address some of the real-time challenges that healthcare organisations face today.

The Mum & Baby app is available on both iOS and Android devices, just visit your app store to download.
