National Portrait Gallery
Founded in 1856, the National Portrait Gallery is home to some of the country’s most famous paintings, and holds the most extensive collection of portraits in the world. As the Gallery is closed until spring 2023 for redevelopment, an online collection of works and activities has been set up for all to enjoy.
We have collaborated with the National Portrait Gallery to bring some of their artists’ work to our Virtual Connections programme – browse the videos here, or visit their website for more info and activity packs.
