Rhea joined CW+ as an Arts Assistant in 2026. Supporting the Arts Team, she helps to maintain the collection, assists with administrative tasks and supports with the organisation and delivery of events.

Rhea graduated from the University of Oxford in 2025 with a degree in History of Art. Alongside her studies, she worked with grassroots galleries, developing a strong interest in community-led arts practice. She is passionate about making the arts accessible to all and is particularly interested in the role of art in supporting wellbeing.
