Theresa Joined CW+ in October 2024 to support delivery of the National Neonatal Palliative Care Programme as the programme expands.

Prior to this role Theresa worked in the third sector, coordinating projects and building volunteer teams, empowering people to support their mental health and access relevant treatment. Theresa has also worked in the insurance sector for many years, holding various posts. The focus of these roles was project development, education and training, recruitment and compliance.
