Salma joined CW+ as an Evaluation and Grants Officer with a background in healthcare, project coordination and service improvement.

Salma graduated from UCL with a BSc in Bioprocessing of New Medicines (Business and Management) in 2022. She then joined The London Clinic as an International Projects Coordinator where she supported multidisciplinary projects, evaluated initiatives and contributed to work on improving patient care, patient experience and operational efficiency.

She is passionate about using evidence, evaluation and collaboration to improve services and patient outcomes.
