Tom is an Innovation Business Partner in the CW Innovation Team. He works with staff across the Trust to find innovative ways of improving patient experience and outcomes, staff experience, and how our services are run. He leads on delivery of the Horizon Fellowship, a programme designed to educate and upskill staff to independently deliver their own innovation projects within their departments.

Tom has a PhD in sleep and respiratory physiology and has worked in research, clinical and informatics roles within the NHS. He also worked as an NHS Navigator for the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, where he advised healthcare companies on how to improve their uptake and adoption within the NHS.
