Rosalind joined CW+ in April 2024 to lead and support the charity’s major programmes, with a focus on mental health, neonatal palliative care and volunteering, as well as supporting the Thirty at Thirty campaign.

Prior to this role, Rosalind was based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, embedding environmental sustainability into the organisation, with a focus on empowering staff to deliver meaningful change. Prior to that, Rosalind held various project management, data analyst and strategy roles within NHS England and NHS hospital trusts. Rosalind started her career on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, where she was based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
